I actually have something to update this week!! 🙂
So last night was the first time I got to write a bit in a while. I spent about an hour working on my novel and I wrote around 250 words. I know it’s not much, but I’m getting there. I am now up to 41,151 words. Slowly but surely getting there.
Until next time,
Earlier this morning, I finished “Grey” by E.L. James and I wish I didn’t. I’m sad now…….I kind of had a secret addiction to those books.
“Grey: Fifty Shades of Grey as told by Christian” is the first book in Christian’s point of view – you get an inside look at what runs through Christian’s mind throughout the first book.
The part where Ana left Christian had me crying – Christian’s thoughts were so upsetting!
Now that I’m god usher the series, I don’t know what to do with myself…..I guess I now have to read another book.
Until next time,
So……..last week I finished “Fifty Shades Freed” by E.L. James and I LOVED it!
This last novel in the “Fifty Shades” trilogy follows Ana and Christian Grey (now married) on their journey through being newlyweds. Someone is trying to kill Christian, Ana tries to save the world, and they both make a discovery that changes both of their lives.
The epilogue of the book warmed by insides and I couldn’t think of a better way to end this trilogy. E.L. James deserves an award for these books!
I am currently reading “Grey,” the first book told in Christian’s POV and I’m about half-way through it. Look for the review shortly. 🙂
It has been 6 days since I last posted about my novel and I, once again, have not been able to touch it. The semester ends in 5 and a half weeks and I’m disappointing myself for not touching it in over a month. I’ve been focusing on school lately. I’m hoping to touch it within the next few weeks.
I don’t know why I am updating about my novel, but I am. I have not touched it in weeks, because of work and school, but I plan on touching up on it sometime this week. I have really been wanting to get back to writing it for a while now, but I just haven’t had the opportunity to. I’ll be back next week for another novel update, so stay tuned!
Earlier this month, I read “Fifty Shades Darker” by E.L. James, the second book in the “Fifty Shades” trilogy.
Like I stated in my review for “Fifty Shades of Grey,” BDSM isn’t my sort of thing, but these books are addicting.
In this novel, Ana and Christian come back together and what Ana finds out about him startles her. It is a revelation in their relationship and they try to move past it as quick as they can. One of Christian’s ex-subs comes back into his life (along with Mrs. Robinson) and Ana is furious. Things happen along the way, but Ana and Christian find ways to overcome them.
I am currently reading the final book in the trilogy “Fifty Shades Freed.”
There are many shocks in the novel and it definitely is a must-have. I wouldn’t recommend these books for anyone under the age of 18.
In the month of April, I tend on reading a lot more books. Spring semester is slowly winding down and I’m able to read more. Here are a few books I plan on reading in the month of April:
“Fifty Shades Darker” by E.L. James
“Fifty Shades Freed” by E.L. James
“Grey” by E.L. James
“The Host” by Stephenie Meyer
And “City of Lost Souls” by Cassandra Clare
I may or may not to get to some of these books, but I’m hoping I can read all of them.
